In order to use OTM Learning first, you have to create a new account first using some basic details. Creating a new account at OTM Learning is just a few clicks away. On Web: To create a new account, click on the "Create An Account" button at the upper-right corner of www.otmlearning.com{link} and fill the details like name, email, date of birth, timezone, phone number, password. On Andriod app and iOS app:
To create a new account on the mobile app: 1. Click on the three-line menu button at the upper-left corner. {photo} 2. Click on the "Login" button. A login page will appear. {photo} 3. Now you would have to click on the "Sign Up" and follow the instructions to create a new account on OTM Learning. {photo}

The cart helps you to purchase multiple courses at once that makes the process simpler and faster. Below are the instructions to add a course in the cart..
• First, find the course that you are interested in and click on the green "Buy Now" button right next to it.
• Here it shows the course description. Now you can choose course availability for users according to your need and add the course in your cart by clicking the green cart button right next to your choice.
• Now the cart page will show from here you can directly buy the course, remove the course from the cart and by clicking on the back button you can continue your shopping and add more courses to cart.

OTM Learning offers Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payment methods. Below are the steps to make a payment with a Card or PayPal.
• Login to your OTM Learning account.
• Add a course to the cart that you want to purchase.
• Now click on the "Buy Now" button. This will land you to the payment page.
• Now add billing address and select your payment method: VISA/MasterCard or PayPal.
• For card payment: Add you card details like Name on cards, card number, expiry date or CVV and click on "Submit" button. You can also save your card details on our platform for later use.
• For PayPal: Click on the "PayPal Checkout" button. This will take you to the PayPal website to confirm your payment.

Following are the steps to share your certificate on social media.
On Web:
• Log in to your OTM Learning account.
• Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the

• Here you can see all of the certificates of your completed courses
• To share the certificate, click the 3 dots button in the top right corner of the certificate and select "Share".
• Now a pop-up window will appear. It gives you options to share your certificate on different social media platforms and also you can copy the URL of your certificate to share it on the desired platform
On Mobile App:
• Log in to your OTM Learning account.
• Click on the three-line menu button at the upper-left corner.
• Now Click on your Profile icon.
• Select the My Certificates option on the page.
• Here you can see all of the certificates of your completed courses.
• Now click on the particular certificate that you want to share.
• This will give you the maximize preview of your certificate.
• To share the certificate, click on the Share button in the top right corner of the preview. This will give you the option to save and share your certificate on in pdf format.
QR Code allows certificates to be checked for validity against our database quickly, with a simple scan of the QR Code on the certificate.
If you have successfully completed a course, follow these steps to preview and download the certificate:

• To view the preview simply click on the related certificate.
• • To download the certificate, click the 3 dots button in the top right corner of the certificate and select the download. This will automatically download the certificate in PDF format.

• Now Click on your Profile icon.
• Select the My Certificates option on the page.
• Here you can see all of the certificates of your completed courses.

1. The validity period of a certificate differs from course to course. It is printed on your certificate. You should be aware of your certificate validity so that you can renew your certificate on time.
